February 28, 2013 For years, I've avoided writing about the carbon composite needle. I liked the idea, but when I tried out a set, I found the tips to feel like a rough piece of fiberglass. No splinters, but no pleasure either. When Knitter's Pride announced their Karbonz needles, I thought, "Oh no, here we go again." But then they changed their design to feature smooth, nickel-plated brass tips. Aha! Time for a closer look. Upcoming Events In the Forums: Missing Knits Need help logging into the Forums?
