Unless you've updated them already, your subscription email address is your username, and everything prior to the @ symbol in your email address is your password. We've done this to keep your information private and secure. Login help Until you change them, your username is automatically your email address, and your password is the first part of your email address -- the part that comes before the "@". If you've changed your username and password already and forget your new password, just enter your username in the login form above and click the "I forgot my password" button. Your password will be emailed to you immediately. If you've changed your username and password already and forget your new username, please contact us and tell us your name, so we can look up your username for you. We'll email the answer to you as soon as we can, but because this must be done manually, it probably won't be immediately. Login adviceWe've implemented this system to keep your personal information as secure as possible. However, using your email address for your user name over the long term isn't advised. Consider changing your username to something else. To do this, just log in with your current username, then click "Edit my subscription data" on the My subscription page. |
