April 20, 2006 We come in all shapes and sizes. Shouldn't our knitting patterns do the same? To a certain extent, they do—normally small, medium, large, and sometimes XL. This has left many plus-sized knitters out in the cold, even though statistics indicate that the average American woman wears a size 14.
