Knitter's Review
January 25, 2007

lace on a chair

Never mind the Taj Mahal and the Great Wall of China, I say knitted lace is the eighth wonder of the world. And I'm not alone. According to last week's poll, nearly half of you enjoy knitting lace. But this also means that 50% of you haven't yet caught the lace bug.

Over the next few weeks we'll set out to change this. I begin this week with a very basic and painless introduction to the fundamental concepts of knitted lace, including a pattern for the green scarf you see here.

In the Forums: Stash Diet?
